Senate panel advances emergency border funding

On Wednesday, the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation held a hearing entitled “Protecting Title X and Safeguarding Quality Family Planning Care.”
• During the first panel, the sole witness was Dr. Diane Foley, Director of the Office of Population Affairs at HHS. (Witness Statement, Full testimony)
